Q. I'm planning to stay at your hotel with my kids. From how old kids should be count as "Adult"?
A. Every room rate is different depending on the number of guests.
Adult rates apply to guests aged 6 and over.
Therefore, children over 6 years old should count as "Adult".
An additional fee will be charged if the number of people in the reservation confirmation differs from the number of people at check-in.
Q. Can I use Wifi?
A. Yes, WiFi is available in all areas. It is free of charge. There is no computer in the guest room though. You can rent a laptop with an additional charge.(Numbers are limited) Please come to the front desk and ask for it.
Q. Is there any smoking guest room?
A. We are afraid that there are only non-smoking rooms at our hotel. There are some places for smokers instead.
Q. Is the hotel handicapped accessible?
A. Yes, we have one handicapped accessible room. Also there are slopes and handrails. Rental wheelchairs are available. If you need any support, please feel free to reach out to us.
Q. What kind of view can I see from the guest room?
A.We have 163 guest rooms with ocean view and 14 guest rooms with garden view. If you stay at a guest room with ocean view, you may enjoy the view such as Ginowan Marina, blue ocean and Kerama Islands.

Q. Is there a public bath and sauna at the hotel?
A. We are afraid that there is no a public bath and sauna at our hotel. Please use the bathroom at your room.

Q. Can I smoke at the restaurant?
A. We are afraid that our restaurant is non-smoking.
Q. Is there any restaurant which has private rooms?
A. Yes, all day dining OCEAN GRILL has private rooms (Maximum 48 guests can fit)
You can also have a party there. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Q. Where can I have meals?
A. We serve from breakfast to dinner at all day dining OCEAN GRILL on the first floor.
* Breakfast will be buffet-style.
Q. Is there any ice‐maker at the hotel?
A. Yes, there are ice-makers on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th floor which you can use for free.
Q. Is the toilet Western-style or Japanese-style?
A. All toilets are Western-style.
Q. Is there any shop at the hotel?
A. Yes, there is a shop on the first floor. A delivery service is available there also.
Q. Is there any flower shop at the hotel?
A. We are afraid that there is no flower shop at our hotel. However, we can prepare flower bouquet. If you would like to have one, please inform us in advance (10 days before).
Q. Is there any tea lounge at the hotel?
A. Yes, we have all day dining OCEAN GRILL on the first floor.
Q. Is there any vending machine for drinks and cigarettes?
A. We have vending machine for drinks on the first floor. You can buy alcoholic drinks at the shop at our hotel. There is a big supermarket nearby also.
Q. Can I use FAX?
A. Yes, you can receive and send FAX with an additional charge. Please reach out to our staff at the front desk for more information.
Q. Is there any parking lot on site?
A. Yes, there are 143 parking lots on site which guest can park their car free of charge.
Q. Can I stay at your hotel with my kids?
A. Yes, we welcome children of all ages.
Q. Can I let my child sleep a using existing bed?
A. Yes, up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
We can prepare a baby bed for your baby. However the numbers are limited, so please make a reservation in advance.
*Please kindly note that we do not offer amenities for those children using existing beds.
Q. Can I bring food and beverage to your hotel?
A. Yes, you can bring them to guest rooms. However, please refrain from bringing food and beverage to our restaurants.
Q. Can I use my credit card for the payment?
A.Yes. we accept those credit cards below.
